- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Considering the employees @ this location speak English I can't figue out why they don't understand when i ask questions in English. I went there for first appt last week and have been scheduled to go back in Oct for complete physical and fasting bloodwork. Today they told me i would have to contact my primary care for a refill on a predisone. They are my only providers of any medical care..that is why i scheduled appt with them, listed them on my insurance as such, and agreed to return for care in the future. Maybe I'm missing something but in the past that meant they were considered my provider. I'm unsure what other title to assign the relationship (or lack of). I can only list one primary provider on my insurance...the only option I see is remove Novant PfafftownApril 19, 2017by Rachel Owens
